Founder, writer, guide, and steward of the work.
I’m Naiya. I created Herban Mystic as a home for people who want a spiritual life that is not separate from the realities of being human: caring for a body, making a living, building meaningful work, navigating relationship, and becoming capable of receiving more without abandoning themselves.
My work is shaped by ritual practice, intuitive development, herbal wisdom, astrology, self-inquiry, and the ongoing discipline of honesty. I am interested in transformation that changes how we live, choose, create, earn, relate, and carry ourselves—not simply what we believe.
